General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mosplay ("mosplay", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the mosplay platform at mosplay.bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by every provision of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using mosplay and close your account.

mosplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual users. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication at mosplay.bet/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the mosplay platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where material changes are made, mosplay will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are intended for adult players in Bangladesh. mosplay operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting the Bangladesh market, offering cricket betting, live casino games, online slots, and other gaming products. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you access mosplay voluntarily, entirely at your own risk, and that gaming products are provided for entertainment purposes only.

These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and mosplay, whether written or oral. No employee, agent, or representative of mosplay has authority to modify these Terms & Conditions except through formal publication on this page.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on mosplay, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information mosplay requests as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and accurate. mosplay reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage, including but not limited to your National ID Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent bank statement or mobile wallet statement confirming your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• You may only hold one registered account on mosplay at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal persons are not permitted to register accounts on mosplay.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Never share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTP) with any other person.
• You must promptly notify mosplay at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• mosplay reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account registration and use of mosplay services are void where prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

mosplay takes identity verification seriously. In addition to document checks, mosplay may use automated verification tools and third-party data sources to confirm the accuracy of the information you provide. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

mosplay supports a range of payment methods popular with Bangladesh players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mosplay does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mosplay accepts no responsibility.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, mosplay will require you to complete full KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. This is a one-time process and is in place to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.

mosplay reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if it triggers internal fraud detection alerts, if account verification is incomplete, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion. In such cases, mosplay will notify the player and request any additional documentation required to resolve the matter promptly.

mosplay does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or funds obtained through any unlawful activity. By depositing funds into your mosplay account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used.

Bonus Terms

mosplay offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly published on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all mosplay promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• All bonuses awarded on mosplay are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited, along with any bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-player, per-household, per-IP-address, and per-payment-method basis. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in account termination.
• mosplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account before the modification date.
• Free bet credits can only be used on the specific markets or game categories stated in the promotion terms. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of winnings — only the net profit from a winning free bet is credited to the withdrawable balance.
• mosplay reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.

Players who have an active bonus applied to their account should be aware that withdrawing real-money funds before the associated wagering requirement is completed will typically result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance. The exact behaviour is specified in each promotion's terms. mosplay recommends reading all bonus terms in full before opting into any promotion.

User Obligations

As a registered player on mosplay, you accept the following obligations as conditions of your continued use of the platform. These obligations are in addition to any legal duties that apply to you under applicable Bangladeshi law or international regulations.

• You agree to use mosplay solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Using mosplay services for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, operating a betting syndicate, or providing betting signals as a commercial service, is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of mosplay complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. mosplay provides its services on a good-faith basis and accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a player's non-compliance with local laws.
• You must keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• You agree not to use any software, script, bot, crawler, spider, or automated tool to interact with the mosplay platform in any way that was not intended by its design.
• You agree not to engage in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on mosplay's betting markets.
• You agree to interact with the mosplay support team and other platform users in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
• You must notify mosplay promptly if you become aware of any errors, faults, or system malfunctions on the platform, including incorrectly displayed odds or game results. Any funds obtained through a known system error must not be withdrawn and will be reclaimed by mosplay.

mosplay's platform and all content on it — including software, game assets, graphics, text, and data — are the intellectual property of mosplay or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any mosplay content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mosplay. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using mosplay for any purpose connected with financial crime, including money laundering, tax evasion, or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Duplicate Accounts: Opening or operating more than one mosplay account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity, is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate mosplay transaction is prohibited. mosplay will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery of contested funds through legal channels.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform malfunctions for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multi-player game or betting market on mosplay is prohibited.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access or use your mosplay account is a serious breach of these terms and of applicable law. mosplay will report credible cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, defaming, or engaging in discriminatory conduct towards mosplay staff, other players, or any third party through the platform is prohibited.

Age Restriction

mosplay is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on mosplay. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.

At the point of registration, and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by mosplay's compliance team, you will be required to verify your age by providing a valid government-issued identity document. Acceptable documents include your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. mosplay will not process any withdrawal request from an account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed.

If mosplay has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. During the suspension period, no gameplay, deposits, or withdrawals will be permitted. If the player is subsequently found to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned net of any withdrawals already made, and all winnings will be forfeited.

mosplay also strongly advises all registered players to keep their account credentials secure and to never share login details with any other person, including family members, to prevent unauthorised access by minors or any other individual.

Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their mosplay account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted voluntarily by the player will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after any applicable bonus terms have been settled.

mosplay also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being accessed by an underage individual.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

In cases where mosplay closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, mosplay reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with these terms.

Players who have self-excluded from mosplay as part of the responsible gaming programme should be aware that self-exclusion is a binding commitment. mosplay will not reopen a self-excluded account upon request during the exclusion period. After the exclusion period expires, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies before any account can be reactivated. Players may also elect permanent self-exclusion, in which case the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
